My car has a spacer or part that attaches to the wiper arm where it rests on the little pedestal/perch on the cowl. The washer tubing runs through it and I assume it used to both protect the tubing from rubbing the perch and or keeps the blade up off the windshield when wipers are in the parked position.

My drivers side wiper does not have this part and the passenger side does.

Anyone know the part number or where I can find one besides the junk yard. I can't find any at the yard.
