how exactly is fuel thrown into the cylinders? ive never been abe to tear apart a TBI motor, so i am a bit confused. i know our MPFI the fuel is shot directly at the intake valve. heres a pic of the injectors. are there ventuirs or something?

well its not carbed and its definetly not sequential or muilti port
heres the whole motor
heres the throttle body
a tbi 5.7 has two injectors in the throttle body, where yours has 8 poppet nozzles.
so in a TBI the fuel and air is mixed before it goes into the cylinder like a carb...right?
its not my truck lol. but back to the original question. how is the fuel shot into the cylinder. they cant be shot into the intake valve
In the pictures you posted it is shot into the intake runner in the intake manifold.
no venturis, just an injector shooting fuel down a hole.
