  1. #1 no #1 speed on hvac?

    so today my number one speed on my hvac quit. there is no air flow at all when it is on the "max ac dash vents" and very very low flow when on the "regular dash vents". All the other speeds (2-5) work fine and doesnt make a differece if a/c is on or off, or if the heater is on. Also the a/c compressor does kick in when i switch it on the to the number one level

    I did some searching and couldnt come up with anything on here. anyone got a link or know what i could try to fix it?

    I would suspect your blower motor resistor is bad. They're fairly inexpensive at your local parts store.

    yep exactly it just the resistor! had the problem and had it fixed by the dealer only 25$ with labour lol

    It's probably the resistor, but this problem is also a symptom of a failing ignition switch.
