Ok so is there any easy way to fix this? I cant even find the seal I just figure someone has battled this before. Let me know whats I gots to do and where it is to get em if ya know. Oh this is on my GS but I cant see how a Grand Prix would be any different. Its cracking where you can see in the pics and the actual seal that goes up against the window is just brittle and cracking away.

dont yank it.. thats the exterior molding, theres screws holding that in.
one on the inside of the door, another under the mirror housing (gotta take mirror off first)

I know this becuase when i owned my 99SE i had to take all the moldings off in order to repaint.

the rubber inside the window frame is yankable.

Ok so I take it the door panel has to come off then too? Not a fan of removing door panels BUT looks like it may be so.

Just take em off and paint em. No need for shipping of parts.

Exactly, take it off, sand it down, then repaint. No more worries of plastic cracking. And make your own rubber part.

trust me, ive done it before, pop the door panel, 3 bolts for the mirror (dont need to unhook wiring) on the Outside under the mirror you will see 1 screw, the other screw is on the inside of the door behind the black B pillar.

    i dunno about repainting them

Repainting them wouldnt help the whole seal on the window cracking issue and I just dont think would look right. Im gonna check this way out. Not sure what a B pillar is but theres only so many spots this thing can screw into so it should be an easy find. Time to go but some clips for the door I know Ill break em
