I have the fuse box removed from the engine bay with all the fuses and relays out. How do I seperate the two halves. I'm going to add some more circuits into the fuse box so I need to sepearte the two pieces to do this.

I figured it out, you have to remove the 3 bolts/nut design and basically hammer them out. You really have to hit it hard numerous times as the flared end of the bolt/nut design basically stretches the plastic until it gives and then it pops out.

This isn't my pictures, it was somebody on clubgp that I saved a while back.

Anyone know where to get those metal clips that basically allow you to put the fuse in.

Glad you figured it out. Ive never really thought of pulling that sucker apart. Though, if you are adding in a new circuit, I guess its the ideal and stock way to go. Not bad at all, good work.

As to where to find the pins, that might be a challenge. I havent seen anything like that on the Delphi site or Mouser. If you see Toasty around you might ask him or send him a PM, he would be about the only one that comes to mind that might be able to get you in the right direction. If you do find a source I would appreciate it if you would post that up for others. I might have to look into doing this myself for a few things Id like to add.
