my gp didnt come with a remote and i was wandering if a impala,monte carlo,buick,lumina would work for it or would it have to be a gp remote and im almost sure my car has a alarm but does anybody know for sure?

google your car and ask for the part # of the fob, it will get you a part #, then check the fob you have, if its the same part # it should work.
i drive a regal so i dont have one to look at for ya, but thats the route i would go.
and they are for sale all over ebay, and junk yards.
