I changed the plugs on mine and my lady's v6 Mustang. I will take pictures of my plugs and put them up later tonight or tomorrow. They were the orginals and I put 606s back in gapped at right about .60..

Then I gave mine an oil change as well. It had Pennzoil oil and filter on it. Replaced with castrol gtx 5-30w and a Baldwin oil filter, as I work for a filter company and can get them for 3.30 each!

Now time to clean up and grab some grub and have a few drinks.

At least you can still see the electrodes on yours...I pulled the plugs out of mine when I bought it 4 months ago, from an owner who said he was very strict about maintenance, and you could drive a transport truck through the gap. They literally had NO electrode left on them. Maintenance my a$$.

Your plugs look clean. No signs of coolant burning or gumming.

Actually, it was more so to post the pics of the plugs in order for more experienced, mature people to comment on the visual appearance of the plugs in order to determine if there are any trouble signs of the way that the motor is running. But, thank you both for your wise and intellectual conversation piece. Have a nice day.

then post your threads with a little more intelegence that says something to the effect of; i changed my 60k old stock plugs, can someone help me out with the appearance of them, instead of posting some pics of old plugs and telling the world what you did today and what you plan on doing, there isnt anything technical about that and like stated before, there are designated threads already made for the kind of thing.

Maybe you should work on your on intelligence before you make comments on how someone else should be. With that being said I really do not want this to continue on anymore. If the moderator would be so kind to close or delete this thread please. Thank you.

You can sift through a zillion nearly useless threads in the lounge and enjoy it yet we have one " I did something to my car today" thread and you lose it?

You guys should be glad he's doing the work himself and thanking him for taking the initiative.
