What size bolts should I buy for the cross bar? I think they are 13mm but the ones I bought last time didnt fit.

I thought thats what they were called the two bars. the two diagonal bars that go from the front to the shock tower. Like in this pic

I'd call 'em fender support braces.
13 mm IIRC.
10, 13, 15 is most of our cars. Have those three and you can do quiet a bit under the hood.
