Hey guys im dropping my sc pulley from a 3.8 to a 3.4 what size belt will i need to run

You can also just buy a 3.5" tensioner pulley for the SC tensioner and not change out the belt for that size pulley.
This is cheaper than buying a new belt
^^^ Exactly what I did and it works perfect.
I have the entire belt sizes also listed in the thread in my sig...just a FYI for future reference.
Yes you can as long as the tensioner pulley is still 3" with a stock sized belt.
You MAY be able to bump both pulleys up to 3.5" with a smaller SC pulley, stock sized belt, and plenty of muscle power, but I don't know...
