I am looking at getting rid of the U-Bend on my GTP but I was wondering what I will be looking at spending at a muffler shop to get them to do it for me.

    Thanks

If you plan on doing any future mods, you might as well go ahead and spring for the DP. This will give you the u-bend delete and be a supporting mod for others. No sense in spending money twice if you don't have to.

Yes it will provided he dosen't go the shorty route like I did. If he goes with the shorty then he'll have to get a u-bend delete as well. All an exhaust shop will do is use a scrap piece of pipe and either cut a hole for the o2 sensor or weld a 02 bung to the pipe. The guy used a plasma torch and cut the area around my o2 sensor on my ubend then welded it into the delete pipe. It didnt mess my sensor up due to him cutting away from the sensor.
