    ok at first i thought it was tranny... but if been doing a lot of research. all the symptoms match bad sensor. backfire, loss of power/ weird acceleration behavior, weird rpm stuff ( go down when push gas, jump), rough idle, engine shaking. what you guys think???? umm no codes but my car never sets of codes. grade A guy bought car from

    Unplug the maf and see if it runs better.

    haha hell ya. thanks a lot man. now just need some coils and maf and back to being good car lol. can i just leave it unpluged till i get new one?

    IS the maf actually bad, or just dirty? Maf cleaner's like $10.

    If its bad, get it cleaned or a other unit. Long term use with it unplugged is bad. Morads will set you up on that.

    Thats only if your trouble stops with it unplugged. I just replaced one on a customers car today. It was causing a stalling issue. But, she still had a hesitation issue. Which the new fuel pump that was installed was bad.

    im gonna clean it tomorrow and see if that helps. know i need some new coils to. just a mix of a few bad things making my car run poopy. but its getting there
