    So i know im not the only thats had or has this problem iv been looking around to find out how to fix this i heard weather stripping on the bottom of em works is this true? andbody got any good ideas. pics would be awesome thanks

    not tryin to jack ur thread man but can u run hid's with projectors?
    fwi, kn filter, 3 in down pipe, power log, 180* thermostat, 10000k hids and soon to come a dhp pcm

    weather stripping worked for me, ive heard that a junkyard trunk seal off another GP will work great too
    '04 Chevy Silverado LT 4x4 - intake, headers, full exhaust, zo6 cam, 799 heads, tune, leveled, 33's
    '00 Grand Prix GTP DAYTONA 500 - L36 block, S1X, intercooled, GenV, N*, headers, full exhaust, coilovers, 5 speed swap, stage 3+ clutch

    there are pick in my photobucket link but no close ups, i bought this regular foam type weather stripping from advance auto for like $2 and i doubled it up to the bottom of the headlight so it rests against my bumper

    Mine has the foam to help brace them, but they still manage to bounce. Definitely not near as bad as they used to, but still. I think there is a thread on the antibounce mod in the how to section.

    just got some projetors....it says no hid....what happens if i use them? jw....

    nothing. your light output will go up. it just says youre not supposed to run HIDs because they are halogen style projectors.

    sweet i was hopeing i didnt waste 14 bucks for new bulbs....i had stock hid but they dont fit projectors....i was pissed

    its an HID kit. you can buy Xenon bulbs, but HIDs are 2 bulbs 2 ballasts and wiring

    yah i know, i have ballast i b ought new bulbs for them....i had 900? stock bulb size, i just bought the h1 bulbs for my ballast
    fwi, kn filter, 3 in down pipe, power log, 180* thermostat, 10000k hids and soon to come a dhp pcm
