I'm getting a 2004 GP GT with 120k miles. I know it has been maintained well and taken good care of.

I am paying $5200 for it and I was wondering if this is worth it despite the milage.

Also is the 3800 motor going to be able to last alot longer?

if you know it has been well maintained, that's a huge plus. 5200 seems higher than I would pay, but for some reason the 04+ haven't dropped as much in value as the 97-03 yet. Yes, it'll last you. If you don't mod it, there's plenty of guys that have gotten 200+ out of these engines.

well idk how the trannys are in the 04+ but thats a big one for us 97-03 guys.. mod as in the power adding aftermarked parts.. a t-stat or intake or somthing like that isnt going to be a bad thing, the "bigger" gofaster parts can bring the motor life down though is what i think he is trying to say.. roller rockers, cam, im not sure what exactly the n/a guys do but i think thats wehre this was headed
    i knew this guy wasn't b/sing.
