Well, there is a few reasons for this.
1.Not enough airflow across the evaporator
2.low on refrigerant
3.could also be the expansion tube, but that has been changed.
Your sure you have the right ammount of refrigerant in it and it has no leaks?
After more research and talking to an ASE qualified A/C technician, he told me that what has happened is when our systems were worked on most likely the mechanics didn't put the system under a vacuum (or not long enough). Putting the system under a vacuum before introducing the freon into the system removes all moisture from the system. Moisture takes up space and freezes in the evaporator core which causes the condensation on the outside of the evaporator core to freeze as well. This causes the lack of airflow that were are experiencing. Unlike my work, hopefully yours is still under warranty. Hope this helps
Thank you both for the replies, I am pulling whats left of my hair out. I will recover the freon and put this under an extensive time of vaccum who knows what was done before i got the car a yr ago, thanks again i will post the results soon......
Yes, always when you expose the system to open air. There is always condensation that can get in there so you need to put the system under vaccum. I don't know how i forgot that
