here is the link to the car PARTING OUT 01 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GTP thinking of going to pick it up for 250 im looking to use the trans core to get rebuilt and the engine to port polish and gasket match. My ? is anyone know if my 02 GT will accept the trans out of that GTP because of the gearing 2:93 vs 3:92s in my GT if im right or just use a pcm from another GTP? Im sure that ones fried. Im willing to bet the lim and below is ok i have better engine pics on my phone. fires started with the trans wiring harnesss under the air box. Most of the crap on the engine looks like hood liner S/C still has paint on it.Whats the best way to get away with the parts on this car? i think a gen 5 would be a good idea to replace the burnt one.
