    here is my port line that im about to port in an hour any comments suggestions all internal holes/needle bearing masked off....


    00 Silvermist GTP
    E85|GenV|3.2|#65's|1.95 YT RR w/105's|Pacesetters|N*/LQ4|PRJ rewire/255lph
    13.2 @ 104. No Cam No IC.

    Yea that looks good. I usually dont actually open up the outlet just take out the bolt bosses and smooth it out.

    here is my end result pretty good for a dremel cutter and a flapper wheel
    should i bother smoothing the bottom of the outlet out or no?

    This has been tested many times and just smoothing out the outlet is the way to go.

    i took off like 2 mm... nothing huge it looks exactly like zzps....i dont think im gonna have any issues with it....

    I just checked their website, since when did their blower porting go up to $400 for outlet only? LOL

    Edit:

    I just saw that you get a brand new rotor pack. Lol, what if you dont want that?

    Do the rotors even wear? It seems like they just want to sell you more stuff. I would think you would want the same rotors that came with your case considering your not even suppose to clean them off.

    they wear and get burs and stuff my old blower rotors are in bad shape

    The bearings in the rotor pack are what wear out, and sometimes the bearing surface on the rear of the rotors where they ride on the needle bearings. The front bearings are swedged in place ( The metal is pressed around them) and when you remove them to replace, you lose metal.
