    The theory behind this crap is that the factory alt wire is roughly 8 gauge and runs through a lot of stuff to get to the battery and or fuse post

    So by making the jumper you get direct flow to the fuse post plus the factory system. Now if someone were to take a good ten feet and make it a tuck now than id be interested because all its doing is adding crap to clutter the bay. Especially zzp/ easy performance ones as they are pretty short. I have a write up on gpona for anyone interested

    I believe it not only explains how this mod is done, but why its an improvement, and other concerns with safety regarding this mod.

    Buy wire, connect to alt output then to top of fuse box.

    Done.

    Android Fireget wire plus crimps and silver solder. Pick you length solder on connectors bolt to fuse post.and alt

    I just put in my first tank of gas since doing just the + wire from the alt to the fuse box and I picked up .5 mpg. I'm thinking it might just be a fluke but i'll keep you all informed.
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    .5 is nothing really, that could just be the weather warming up. If it was like a 2mpg increase then it would be worth something, I got one just to get some more juice to these slow as window motors.

    i did mine the other day.. i have to say i notice the car starting faster (sometimes the car would not start with the first morning key cycle) and the power windows go up and down faster still to soon to tell anything else but for a 5 min mod i am happy
