In nebraska i believe we have a 12 point system. If you exceed 12 points in two years you will lose your license for a while. Now i can't remember... how much each point is worth.
DUI = 9
Ticket 5mph over = 1pt
10 over = 2pt
15 over = 3pt
Wreckless driving = 3pt
Something like that...google it if interested...
Wow, i get 2 or three points for 15 over which is 9 mph
Yeah I got an 87 in a 55 but it was at night so there was barely any traffic. It was one of those nights where I was just cruising around and I got on it and a town cop picked me up... I would have probably lost my license and I had a ~$200 fine but I went to court and the judge was cool and I ended up with only 2 pts and he took $64 off the fine
I got a ticket for racing(2009 a mustang 5.0 5speed(i think, i know it wasn't auto.)he he), i was doing 90 when i saw little specks of blue and red in rear view, i think we slowed down b4 he got the radar on us so no speed on ticket but 6 points and 389 bux was enough, other dude got his reduced but he needed to i didn't, we were both under probationary lisence but it was my first affence and his second so his points double. wi has a 12 per year system i beilve, i also got my probationary extended 6 months
4 points in 12 months is a warning, 8 points in 18 months is suspension
i've seen the yellow cab pull someone over and search the car lol, my friend got pulled over for doing 32 in a 30, the cop said he would have stopped him if he was doing 31 its getting a little out of hand
