    i have a 99 gtp when replacing halogen light for the headlights there is a filament in the bulb..are you suppose to run the filament horizontal or vertical or does it matter? thanks

    is the head light Assembly suppose to be frosted( pitted on the inside) or clear? because iam not getting much light output onto the road, the passanger light also has condensation on it... thanks for your help
