I am interested in putting a sub in the rear seat right where that arm rest thing comes down and allows you to access the trunk, I want to know if it would be possible to a sub there and if so approx what size sub it would be?

yes it is possible, but it would be tiny. Why not just put a regular sub in the trunk and have the sub or the port face the hole directly?
back in highschool i had 2 ma audio hard kore 12s one behind each side of the seat and then ported snail shell box that vented through the arm rest hole. Hit 148 db on the dash with 10,000 watt ma audio amp running 2200 rms to each sub and .5 ohm mono! oh and 2 marine batteries where the spare was, god i miss that system way over kill tho. My next set up will be 2 sound splinter 8's in the 6x9 locations walled off to the strut towers and vented through the arm rest should be around 1 cubic foot each side and not burn up too much space.
use a box calculator like the one on 12volt.com for the box I remember mine was like 1.5 cube for each sub and a port that was like 11x8 opening and 48 inchs long in a snailshell box ported to like 38hz by those port dimensions. some thing like that I doubt thats 100% accurate but you get what I mean??
