You'd be able to get away with this if you do one bolt at a time and you only let the cradle drop an inch or so (just enough to get the insulator out and inspect it). Remember the cradle holds the engine and trans in the car so make sure you have a jack support next to the section you take the bolt out of. Just in case the main jack fails, the support will catch it.
You need to make sure you torque the bolts back to the right torque which I believe is around 150 ft lbs. I cant verify this until later but that torque sounds pretty close if I recall.
