yes........but it is a lot of work.....you will have higher compression than stock, and someone correct me if I am wrong, but the rod's are night as strong in the NA motor. If you are gonna get a whole different engine and tranny combo you have two good options in my opinion. Ed Morad has used equipment for these and you can get it there, or you can have Triple Edge Performance build you a tranny and motor to fit your needs.
