For those who have done it, will this pipe cutter work?

If not, any links to one that will? While on my deployment I'm planning out my IC install with braided SS fuel lines.

Yeah, it should work fine. Alot better than what I have.
If you got any questions on doing this let me know, you've seen my little write up haven't you? Braided/AN lines are sooo much nicer than OEM. Perfect time is definaitly IC time...
Shawn's write up is definetly a good one.
What you have will work fine to cut the lines.
just buy some rails... im still in the works on makin some available for around $125-$150 minus the regulator.
He is talking about the stock factory plastic lines that are garbage on these cars.
oh, pair of dikes then. they are nylon fyi and i like nylon, it holds up to pressure and time.
Those little cutters work good use them on brake lines all the time. Well not those exact ones but the same style.
Exactly. To hell with the stock nylon. Plus I need to change over from my the stock L36 fuel lines with the 90* bend in them before I get fuel rails. minichopper, I'm looking at getting ZZP's modded rails but if you can offer a better solution in the next month I'll be interested in looking at what you have.
Shawn, I've referenced your write up for the parts and feel I'm good to go. I'm ordering like 15ft of SS line so I have plenty to mess up with, and I'm planning on coming up from just above where the lines curve up towards the engine bay.
what size are you getting? -6? i have some -5 laying around but i think it might be too small for fuel application.
Sabrewings, let me ask you: are you going to braided ss lines because you want to get rid of the nylon lines no matter what, or because you need something that will mate up with rails designed for an L67?
think he just wants to get rid of the nylon. i dont know why. they last and are proven good fuel lines. easily repaired too.
You'll be fine Sabre. There actully pretty damn easy to do, alot easier than I thought even with the tight spaces.
Also, I'd recommend against ZZP fuel logs. I had a set, they sucked ass, leaked like hell and a piss poor design IMO (along with piss poor customer service). They need to take lessons on how to make fuel rails from PRJ IMO. With that said, go to PRJPerformance.com and get some good rails that'll last forever and look even better and cleaner.
Opps, my bad. You said MODDED stock rails not the Logs, disregard what i've said. The modded stock ones should be good, surely they couldn't screw them up.
LOL TDC, its the truth. If you want a leaky fire hazzard, go with ZZP logs. Mine leaked so much, I think modding/rigging the stockers with rubber hose/clamps would of been safer than the set I had. They were definately flawed.....
I hate how my current setup has the lines curving over. The return line has a nasty habit of kinking on some cars as it gets older and I want it gone.
So, I want SS braided since its more durable as well as converting to something more compatible with fuel rails for the L67s.
Yeah, I'm talking about the modded rails. I can't justify spending that much on PRJs or the Fuel Logs when there are modded stocks that work just as well.
Well, if i have time i will see about finishing my rail design, cant promise anything though as im booked.
It is entirely possible to mod a stock L67 rail for a topswap so as to mate up to L36 lines (and make room for an IC) without any twisting / kinking / bending / modification on the lines:
