I have a 2007 grand prix gt and i was going to get the inferno package from pfyc.com. It comes with an Inferno Ram Air Hood that is actually functional. Do you think it is worth using because i was thinking about getting a ram airkit that comes with the weapon r secret weapon intake.

number one, im not sure if any other intake uses ram air that fit my model car.
number two, is it worthwhile to actually be using a ram air kit for the 2007 pontiac grandprix gt?
number three, if it is worthwhile is there a better cai system that comes with a ram air kit.

ram air only works slightly on a RWD car because of the intake being pointed forward.

on our cars with all the bends in the hood to get it to the air box it doesnt work hardly at all. besides, for ram air to work even remotely you have to be going like 100+ mph.

i don't think it works, its for bling. I have "Ram Air" on my GTP, though it works, I did it for mostly looks and I figured no use to have a scoop if it ain't gonna work.

its a boosted car.... ram air doesnt do a damn thing as the m90 is always gonna suck it in faster then it could "push" it in through the ram air hood lol

You can always get a leaf blower and run it to your intake. That's boost AND a ram air effect. Bishes
