Pay the $10 for the ZZP set? They're not expensive enough to be worth putting up with sealing some crappy ones.
do the zzp ones work alot better? are you running em?
Did you try the penny trick with the stock EGR Pieces?
That is how I did it and I haven't had any issues...
HAHAHAHA...youre silly.
take the EGR and cut the little brackets off the end of the tubes. RTV whatever coin fits well in those, i believe i used a quarter for the LIM one and a nickle for my header one. bolt them suckers back on with a dab more RTV and call it a day.
block off plates for $0.35. do i get a prize now?
I DID IT FOR 2 CENTS!! Pennies work just fine.
lol i threw my egr away....it was torn to shyt guess i should have kept those pieces...damn
Go get some in a junk yard.
i could do that...maybe i will tomm wont any gm egr prob have these same fittings?
the plate i made for the rear header seems to be working fine i think...when i rev and listen i dont hear it leaking hopefully its not......
what are the odds of finding one thats not....
hey guys my idle still sits abnormally low when im in drive and stopped at a light and if i switch on and off the headlights or turn the wheel (load the PS pump or alternator) my RPMS dip down and cause a close to stall vibration...if i got no vac leak is it a bad ALT or IAC?
