My car at WOT flutters a bit, I thought it was due to my straight pipe with(what i thought was lack of backpressure) (and my stock O2 sensor, after the cat) my car got scaned and my MAF was toasted. so I replaced it with a wrecker special for $75 vs OEM new $588. I also bought a ZZP 1.0 PCM (saw increase is performance, shift points, accel etc.) but it still fluttered, And today I installed 3.4 pulley and fluttering became more pronounced, Almost like it was stuck at the 4000rpm limiter (like in park)

ZZP states that the MAF calibration with their 1.0 to be year specific, My old stock one when installed will not keep the car running. (turns over, runs, and when i release the key it shuts down.) the new one (i belive was from a 01 ss monte) runs, idles fine, drives fine .. when i floor it, its embarassing. Please help!

Its getting a strut issued investigated (my mechanic is stumped, thats never happend to him before.) new front bumper and plastics underneath. (hit a big block of ice that fell off the back of a semi)

Oh, two days ago i had my fuel filter changed too, thought i would fix the problem. It didnt, My plugs are 2 years old (50,000kms old) could it be them? my mechanic says to stay away from autolites, but all you guys use them. He recommends Acdelco.. but they dont offers the colder range. that should be it.

They sure can reset it. And it will probably be better for it as ZZP's PCM's are utter ****. They can't tune and haven't ever been able to. Get a DHP PCM, nuff said. And if GM resets the PCM...I am not sure if ZZP still does it but they used to give ONE free reflash. Check your plugs too...

use autolites, they are WAY better than delco's for knock prevention and they are a more performance plug. tell him to shove his opinions where the sun doesnt shine. mechanics like to use stock parts and use parts that last a long time.

i would change the plugs, 2 years old is a decently long time.
