It's an o2 sensor code. You mentioned you hade pacesetters. So you more than likley have burnt wires associated with that o2 sensor.Wich would be the front one.

i just ran through this same thing.....use a denso, they are better than a bosch.(i know, i refunded many when i worked for advance auto parts) denso is more accurate. i read up and searched them before i bought it and i am sold on them now..

Well you have something wrong. Either a bad sensor or soldier connections that were not done right or other types of connections that have come loose.

The two brown wire's are for the heating element. And they have no polarity. Be sure you match the wires up correctly. It is a pain in the but. I did it also with a bosh sensor.

I'll also agree. Like mentioned above I used a bosh for a while and had no problems. But did end up returning it and replacing it with a Denso. Even got it shipped to me and was way cheaper than any o2 that I could pick up locally.

I bout the denso from rock auto.

This is not at all uncommon with Bosch O2 sensors. There have been countless reports over the years on these forums of virtually new Bosch sensors throwing this code. Get a Denso or Delco and call it a day.

I also heard about this. And it was a slow switching code that they were throwing.
