2008 grand prix base model.
apparently my fob is telling me it didn't like going through the wash-again. first time I've had to get a new one. anyone have a reliable source? not sure about these one size fits all ones I'm seeing.

I'd just find a good GM replacement as IIRC your year will require a Tech II to program the new fob (i.e.- dealer, shop, etc).

I have seen it needs programming. what I wasn't sure of is if I need a genuine GM which im seeing are about 90 bones or iffen one of these aftermarket ones will work
