2000 GTP - HVAC Mode selector not working - slightly hear hissing behind the dash

The mode control really does not work much anymore for the vent location selector. dual mode climate control.

I am hoping it's just a bad line? If so, something I can grab in preparation of repair/replacement before I pull the dash panel off?

FWIW, it's not vacuum actuated, it's electrical and if you open up the actuator after you change it out likely there's one gear cracked and not allowing it to work.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

dont think he talking about the heat or cold, but vent, floor defrost is not working.
