you pop off the trangle plastic trim that covers the mirror nuts. then loosen the 3 nuts. no need to remove just make it so the mirror moves.
now at the end of the trim open door side theres a cap, pop tha toff, now take the screw out, now lift the trim just like a inch if that it will stop at that point so dont go ape on it. once its up that inch pull back on it, then lift up again. its got a key lock on it, much like how the front seats lock in the floor.
same deal for the back doors
