Blower motor electrical issues

I have an 06 GP base, I just put in a new resistor and blower motor but I'm not getting any power to the fan. I checked with a volt meter, I have power going into the resistor, but none coming out. Any ideas? I feel like I've checked every fuse and I'm stumped

If you've got power going into the resistor but none coming out then your resistor is faulty even though you state that it's new. I'd see if you can't return it for a new one because it seems like it's defective.

Do you have power into the blower motor resistor on all 5 colored wires corresponding to the position of the blower motor control switch?
I assume you checked all three fuses?
If you have power at all three fuses, voltage to the input of the blower motor resistor, with the plug disconnected should look like this.
I know this is an older thread but I'm just posted for someone researching issues.
