When parked and armed, the lights would eventually turnoff after about 15 minutes...I know this is not normal. Any insights?
Sometimes, it would remain on while driving at night. It would eventually turn off during drive.

The lights turning off after 15 min. is the battery saver doing its thing and you're right- not normal when parked/locked.

Give these threads a look and see if it helps.

Problem SOLVED. It was the dimmer switch. My son who now drives the car left it in the ON position. Thanks for the help.

lol...Funny how kids think it's a privilege to drive a 21 year old car, which has been meticulously maintained!

My 11 year old wants to drive my 95 Bonneville as her car someday. I've been tasked with keeping Betsy in tip-top shape. She see's how much effort it takes to keep a car running reliably and even helps out with the small repairs from time to time. Nice to see a youngin take interest.
