I recently ordered the Fel-Pro Intake Plenum Gasket MS95744 as my old SC gasket was in shreds. The Fel-Pro gasket is no good, the holes do not line up. There is only 1 way that the gasket fits on the intake. Has anyone else ever seen this?

Are your alignment dowels installed in the lim?
Yes, the SC gasket does fit one way, and it is centered correctly on the 2 dowels.
What I think is wrong is with 2 of the holes which are small holes, one of which is on the extreme right side (passenger side) of the gasket and the other one also on that side in the extreme corner towards the front valve cover. Also, the entire gasket does not lay flat, it is bowed up in the back near the large square opening in the lower intake.
I put photos of this Fel-Pro gasket on FB groups. Most everyone said to trim the holes making them larger, and put some RTV underneath were it is raised up and also around the holes where it is off-center from the holes in the intake. I have already ordered a Victor-Reinz SC gasket, so I will wait for that to arrive at the house and see how it matches up.
Again, those who have used the Fel-Pro gaskets have told me to go with it, they did so, and said I shouldn't have any issues.
Funny, I have never removed a supercharger before in all the years of owning GTP's. And the 5 months of having a big vacuum leak in this particular GTP, I just didn't want to install the new gasket and hope it would be okay.
UPDATE: I got the Mahle (Victor Reinz) SC gasket, part #MS16355 (price $10.95 from Amazon) Compared to the Fel-Pro gasket, the VR is still paper, but is of a much better quality. When I laid the VR gasket down on the intake and around the 2 dowels, the gasket was completely flat, and all the coolant and bolt holes lined up with the ones on the intake. With the Fel-Pro gasket, I would have had to trim to elongate the holes to make it work properly, and may have needed to apply RTV to get it to sit flush on the intake. I can tell that with the VR gasket, if I need to remove the SC in the future, I bet the gasket will come off in one piece and I will most likely be able to reuse it. I am afraid that would not be the case with the Fel-Pro. I guess many people have GTP's in declining condition and this whole business of using a better gasket may be of little importance. I will make an effort to purchase Victor Reinz brand for other gaskets in the future. I have read numerous posts on there that many W-body car owners have already been doing that.
Not sure why I have never heard anyone complain about the Fel-Pro SC gasket (model MS95744) and the way it fits on the intake, and the gasket material is softer. Guess they work fine, I just want the better quality parts on my GTP.
I am going to order a few more spare Victor Reinz SC gasket, part #MS16355, I see RockAuto carries them for a much cheaper price $3.93, but they are on closeout. And RockAuto sometimes has ridiculous shipping costs, even when I got many items in one order. And anytime I need something from them in a hurry, it is over a week wait. With Amazon, I got the Prime membership, and I can get pretty much everything shipped to my doorstep in 2 days.
