ok so yesterday i was cleaning up the engine bay, nothing major....reran some of the vacuums and started the car. She started fine and then shut off after a minute or so. Now the beast will not start at all. Been racking my brain on the issue.
Now I have cleaned the MAF, replaced the coils and ICM, pulled cleaned and checked all the plugs and wires, have pressure at the rail but no gauge to check actual fuel pressure, have spark from what i can tell.
Going to be getting a fuel pressure tester and a compression tester tomorrow to see what everything is at there.
Now my question is would there be anything else that I should be looking into as well? i was thinking maybe the ecu since i was moving it around when i pulled the intake to clean the maf and throttle body but i have power everywhere. I want to say the fuel pump is good because the rail has a squirt when i prime the pump and i can hear it turn on and i have no change spraying starting fluid in the throttle body. cars on 91 and just did a half tank to get it back to the house from the previous owner. although i could be getting low pressure, hence the tester tomorrow...
any thoughts on what else to look into??
