Again...no WOT runs until your trims are relearn ed by driving without boost, you should notice our trims at idle will be better and drive with smooth accelerations up to say 50 and tried to run that on a flat long road for a little bit..no boost for the first 20 mons at least, look at your trims as your sriving, they should be getting to plus or minus 5...once this is achieved, you can go WOT making sure your trims lock at 0.
that will make it loud from the engine bay for sure lol and mess up the trims for sure.
drive it nice for a day or two watch the trims when they settle down at the same number consistently at idle and under normal driving you know they have learned.
the other way is when you give it over 40% throttle the trims will lock in at 0.0 once learned they likely wont, they will lock in at a + - number.
now they may look ok, but you turn it off, let it sit a 2 or 3 minutes, then re start it, the trims will be all over again.
fastest way i can get my crap to learn is 3, 10 mile trips, turning the car off at each 10 mile trip.
i go 10 miles down the hwy, vary your driving like that other guy said leave it in 3 rd for a while slow down bring it back to speed, back drive, mix it up, then turn it off for like 2 minutes, open the door turn the key on and off a few times too, then re start it, repeat two more times.
by the time i get back home ive gone 40 miles pretty much. then some times they will change a bit more over the next few days.
when im tuning ill let things go for a week so i know it learned, i also dont drive much at all. car sits a lot and does short trips when i do drive it.
i just did some tuning a few days back, crap just learned yesterday got the 3.2 at 15.5 timing wot kr free today. and its pretty warm out today.
I've been kinda following this, but you haven't had an issue with your fuel lines leaking at the connections using the N/A lines by chance have you?
Ahh good, I might being doing a top swap with a Gen V so I'm trying to plan out all the small things I might run into.
check the wires not melted on a header tube. #3 is the middle front plug. pull i tout make sure its not smashed........if the plug is smashed thats not good.
please tell me you were driving normal and it started to misfire,,,,,,,not wot.
Yes driving normal. I just switched the wires between cylinder 3 and 5. Hopefully ill get a code for cylinder 5 now and just go get new plug wires
