Nice score! So when is the Topswap or turbo build scheduled to start?

I have modified many of these types of cars, but in this case I think I'll keep this baby 100% original and drive it like my grandpa.

If I was to modify it it would be simple suspension stuff I wouldn't do anything motor wise. It's a gem no point in modifying the motor and having something go wrong.

Nice find. Have you polished and waxed it yet? If not, why not? :-) By the way, my 2000 GP GT has 66,712 miles on it. I am the original owner.

If anything happens to it, you'll find out that the minty cream puff status does nothing for the value unfortunately. Meaning its not worth more than one with 80K at this point. Thats a cool story on the car. Nice to at least know history on one. I believe if you visibly modify it at all, that will quickly take away from any special value that it has. Luckily, even a stock GT coupe is a fun ride in my book. Nice ride, man. I would not baby it but just use it up and enjoy the process!
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

Nice find! Just like my car in 09 but just has a cooler story with it. I got a black 98 GT from a dealer and as I was test driving it it rolled over to 28000. Now it sits at 59000. I've done suspension and only minor engine stuff like a CAI but have saved the original air box and things. You're very lucky!
Black 98 GT bought in summer of 2009 w/28K miles- GTX Rims, Retrofit headlights, tinted tails, 20% tint all around, KYB Excel-G's, WBS Lowering Springs, 33mm Dorman front sway bar, 22mm Addco rear sway bar, BMR trailing arms, BMR STBs front and rear, ZZP control arms, Poly motor mounts, ZZP CAI, Thrasher shift kit

150k is considered low mileage, according to craigslist adds.

Have you had any problems with your 98? How's the performance with the CAI compared to stock?

The 3-4K range is what I paid for this 1998 with 28,000 miles on it, although I probably would of paid more if the dealer pushed me harder. I've spent a lot of money at this dealer over the years so the owner was very fair to me.

I have had 0 problems it's been nothing but good to me. Went through it when I got it and it's been beautiful ever since. Oil, filter, plugs, wires, trans fluid, fuel filter etc. The CAI did nothing noticeable except make the engine a little louder and the engine bay look nicer.

Intake gives noise and some throttle response. Not much else. Especially on the NA.
