^^This^^ Also, make sure you lube the window channels (the felt/rubber part) with some good dry lube. I did this when I had mine all apart and so far I have not had another regulator fail and the windows actually roll back up without slowing.

I bought 2 new axles. new speed sensor but I also got my most prized piece of decoration.
I bought a front license plate with nothing but the Pontiac arrowhead in the center.
I took it to a convention and had Burt Reynolds sign one side and Richard Petty sign the other.
I backed mine into two parking spots... It's still on the trailer. Lol
Traction control's been out of commission since I got the tranny all fixed up. And today it just started to bite down on the brakes all on it's own while driving down the street. Fml.
drove the regal today, turned on the T app for the fun of it and find my trims at -22. drops to -3 wot. odd part is my wb says life is good.
looks like ill get to play with the hpt scanner and turn off a injector at a time, as im thinking one is stuck open.
Got the turd off the auto transport yesterday... It took two guys with pry bars lifting the subframe over the front tire stop on the trailer to get it off the trailer...
Lowering it has caused a few small issues but I'm still convinced that it was worth it, especially when I park next to a stock 04+ GP. Lower looks so much better...
Finally replaced the blower motor, after a little over a year of smacking it with a big ass wrench every time I wanted it to work...
I'll be replacing all the hubs within the next couple of days, I'm not a fan of just doing one hub when they're all about 4 years old.
Side note: None of the hubs have actually gone bad, I'm just replacing all 4 due to the age of the hubs and the fact that the driver's front has a broken ABS harness and I'm tired of the ABS going off at every low speed turn. SKF brand, if anyone's looking for long lasting hubs, and I guess we'll see how Timken does. I've heard good things about both and would have gone with SKF again, but Timken was cheaper and I need to spend money on other stuff.
old girl got some love today. it was 90 ish felt like 100 i took my shirt off and rung out at least a cup of water lol
i clay barred and my god what came off all the flat parts, hood roof and trunk lid, damn nasty. then hit it with adams h2o guard and gloss and used their tire shine as well.
to bad its loosing paint on the hood and roof. hood also has a load of small white lines that just keep coming. no idea why they are there. still needs a new front bumper and hood from the hit and run while it was parked last year.
Went back to the junkyard today, pulled a HUD, console and switch, along with a steering wheel and horn cover, and shift knob. And extra screws.
I can tell already that the HUD needs fixed, I could see the spring rattling around in it but that's pretty easy. The steering wheel and shift knob are SOOOO nasty... last owner never washed her hands, and left her cheap ass earrings and body glitter spray under the driver's seat.
Thought about just going ahead and grabbing the seats, but I only had about $100 in cash and they don't like to take card. $35 per seat isn't bad, right? Or am I just used to Alaska prices?
looks good scooter, about time you showed it some dam love. now those purple windows...........
I finally got my GP out of the garage today with the help of my brother. Nothing wrong with it, it runs fine. Was going to wait and just leave it in the garage but then I realized the plates are due this month so had to dig it out.
Problem is the torsion spring on that door broke 2 weeks ago and I couldn't get it open. It's a 10'x6.5' all wood door that weighs about 185lbs. that now has no lift assistance. Had a garage door co. look at it last week to replace the spring and they said it was so unsafe that it all needed replaced. Came back with a $1,328 quote for a steel door. I never replied, lol.. F that. Found another co. and was quoted $553 for the same door plus all the hardware to install myself. Gonna order it tomorrow since it'll be 2-3 weeks out to have it built/shipped since it's a custom size. Going with a 10x7 door this time around.
Sucky part is I have to work on my boss' truck outside since I can't get the damn door open. At least the labor should cover most of the door cost so I may just break even this time and have a door that doesn't weigh a million pounds. Not too bad of a run for a ~40 year old door though I must say. Might finally install a door opener too.
Had a 50% off and couldn't help to just grab what I 'Wasn't Looking For'... As usual haaa BUT still came up on top with a $75 purchase for the 04 GTP [emoji1476] [emoji2377]

Finally replaced the hub that has had a broken wire for 4 years... It's almost weird not having the familiar ABS buzz every time I pull into a parking spot.
Car made the first trip of any real distance today...
It's been almost 4 years since this car went farther than 20 miles one way under it's own power. It's got some vibration at speed (I'm guessing axles), and the suspension has a few clunks, but it had zero engine issues. Running happily at 195° the whole way up the mountain.
I've got some more work to do, but the car is solid. At least for now.
