Plastic or partially plastic intakes don't bother me any. Integral exhaust manifolds do. Pontiac V8 is best. There, now I've had my dogmatic practice for the day!

I was looking at an exhaust for the wife's car, she wants it louder... that's when I found the exhaust manifolds are cast into the heads on her car. bleh. lol
Hers is the newest Pentastar 3.6L V6, it sounds ok for being a V6 suprisingly. lol
And I did commend her for wanting something performance-oriented, rather than a sticker or floormat, for her car...finally. lol
drove the compG out....pushed the turbo regal in...
I didn't do sh!t to the Grand Prix. I went over to my brother's place and helped him work on his Neon he recently acquired. First we dericed it by removing the body kit, painted the stock front and rear bumpers he had and added a HD lip to the front bumper, then installed the bumpers.
We tried fixing the stock power sunroof. While we figured the problem out we didn't fix it, but know what it needs. We also fixed the driver's side window so it closed properly.
After all that I ran the wired and installed a small system. Got the right amount of bump to improve the music to the driver without being annoying to anyone outside the car.
It's almost a completely different car than when he got it, and he has only had it 2 weeks.
Went to the Kooks custom headers car show this morning. Seriously considered entering my grand prix in the burnout contest. Think it would have shown well. HA!
Badass cars there. They had their mobile dyno outside and I saw many cars hit 500+whp on it. Awesome.
Yeah as soon as I find one that isn't $300+
But for now it works and looks better than the spoiler less beat up trunk that was on it.
A piece here and there when I can find em affordable.
I'm confused why people hide their plates in pictures, don't you drive around all day and all over without it covered?
Did an oil change and cam sensor in the car. Cam sensor is easier than a 3800. Control arm replacement coming up, didn't have a 20mm wrench
I cleaned/organized my shed back to usable so I can get restarted on working on my Stealth.
I probably could have put some time in on the Stealth, but after pissing with cars all last weekend, and all day yesterday I figured I needed a little break. Maybe with the weather cooling off I won't be as beat after work and can tinker in the evenings,
These came in yesterday, in this box. AUX port for the stock radio from RadioShack online. Shipping cost me more than the port. I will be replacing the current more modern radio with the stock radio. The CD player stopped working years and years ago, so I sent it out to get fixed and now back in it goes. Why do this...? Just personal aesthetic reasons. Something about keeping the car with original stuff. And I like the old school equalizer, and now my HUD will display the radio like it should.
stock parts are gaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
