You gotta turn em upside down to shake all the rice out, lol. Lift safely, use two people.
yesterday I ordered a roll master timing chain since I need to do a timing chain anyway. I also ordered the 4" aluminum insert and a K&N cone.

Going to replace the orifice tube. Any last minute tips?
All data says remove the brake booster. Looks right
Who designed the brake booster on these cars?? It's not bolted on apparently, you depress a locking tab and use a tool to rotate it and release it

Probably the hardest job I've done on this car. And I've pulled the channel plate in the trans.
The end of the orifice tube broke off which made the job especially fun. Ran a screw in it and pulled it out with little room to do so.
I didn't pull the booster, but slide the master and abs out of the way. Then I came on here and cursed w bodies a bit further than usual. it's not impossible, but it's no fun at all.
Pulling the booster did suck. Oh well its done now. The machine is charging and I'm reassembling.
