I recently had a similar belt chirp. I thought it was a pulley initially. I replaced an idler pulley but only after I put a new Gatorback belt on the chirp was gone. My old belt visually appeared fine. Nice to lose that chirp sound.

This just happened to my mom's car so it might be worth checking out. The belt kept chirping very loudly, it ended up being a leaky water pump getting the belt wet. I was about ready to throw pulleys at it untill she took it too a shop and theh found it.
