Is there some trick to getting these damn things off? I swear they're held on by the strength of He-Man himself.

put some leather work gloves on, then twist and rip em off, if your changing them it dont matter if you tear them up or not.

pulling the dog bone bolts off the engine then pulling the engine forward and locking it there with the left side dog bone mount second hole in the bracket, or ratchet strap the engine forward, this adds some room to work on the rear plugs.

front head is already off, so I sorta ratchet strapped it forward using the EGR bracket since I'm ditching that anyway (lol emissions). I got one of 'em off, but I'm still ripping on the rest.

Use dielectric grease when you install the new wires. Just keep twisting left and right, push and pull, they'll come off.

you can cut them with a utility knife along the boot. then i think i just used a pick tool to pull the metal connector off. or it might have just fell off. i cant remember. i just know i tore one of them and had to cut the rest off the plug with a knife.
