So i the intense rain last week someone hit the mirror on my car & after work i came out to find the car flooded.
I have the carpet out but am scared that there is soo much water in all the padding that it wont completely dry

I am ok with replacing the carpet but so far all the replacements i can find on sites like jegs and jcwhitney have horrible reviews about not fitting

    does anyone have any suggestions

Leave it out hanging outside for a few days it should dry out as long as you give it enough time. Then clean it to prevent any mold etc.

if its just the one side, pull the door sill trim and lift the carpet up, shop vac what you can out of the foam, then towel under the foam, stand on it to dry it up some more, then get some sticks or what ever to hold the carpet up, then position a fan to blow on the carpets foam. the fan will help speed up drying it.

or take all the seats out, and the console, and door trim, then take the carpet out, then you can really clean it up good, and hang it to drip dry, the fan still works if its out of the car to speed up drying it. good time to power wash it, or steam clean it, or home rug shampooer.

nobody answered this question, if he doesn't want to "hang it out to dry", where can we get new carpet? The interior in my car is shot and besides, I want that new car smell!

Has anyone here bought from this place? I too am in need of carpet. I would pay for a factory replacement piece, but can't find on to save my life... Wanting something as close to the factory molded look as possible.

That should be a perfect fit as far as moulding goes. You may have to do a little trimming on the outside once you get it seated where you want it.
