Id personally pass on the CCFLs. New bumper would be better if yours is in poor condition.

the SD lip needs a good bumper as a base, it isn't a whole new bumper.

Missed the SD part. The SD lip looks good on these cars. If your bumper is decent you should get it.

Neither. Take ze money's and put them else where.

SD lips look dope but if you're really damn picky with perfect fitment, you'll be left a tad disappointed, and the same goes with the Halo's. They bounce and jitter and break mounting tabs all the damn time...

Put the money in performance mods/maintenance. Just my .02

EDIT: I know for a fact the roads in Maine (some of them) won't be kind to an SD lip, especially some parking lot entrances.

If you are really interested in having halos you can just insert halo rings inside your headlights. Its not too hard I did it.

if you get the SD lip consider if you want anything else like the SD spoiler at the same time as the shipping is where they screw you on PFYC. Ordering them together ends up costing the same on shipping.

I would do other things first before you get a SD lip like lower it. SD lip looks weird when nothing else is done to the car.
