Pics of the damage? If it isn't too bad buy it back. It's less than $1000 to buyback. Cost me $350 when my car got totalled.

When I lived in Ohio, I was one of those who caused an accident like this. I fell asleep and shoved a car into the car in front of them. My insurance paid for both and I was found at fault. I am not sure if they still have it or not, but in Ohio, if you can show you have a net worth of over a certain dollar amount you can decline carrying insurance. Many of the companies I worked for never carried insurance on their company vehicles there. Dumb, but that is the way it was 7 years ago.
I just hope you get what you deserve and are satisfied when all is done. Good luck.
Sorry, been bit busy and stressed. I did have full coverage and I am putting it through mine. I have a doctors appt Tuesday and my woman and I agreed to sue. My left hip and knee are getting worse with everyday i work.
As for how the insurance is going it seems like they will be going after him. My father said usually though , if the person that caused it doesn't have insurance, they file it with who was in middle then their insurance goes company does the hunting down.
