    I was wondering, were there more 4 door GP's made than 2 door? I wonder what the ratio was? I don't see very many 2 doors in my area. I know they quit making them in 02.

    More 4 doors were made because most Grand Prixs sold were family sedans. This is also why 04+ is only 4 door.

    4 doors retail value is more too

    I think the 2 door is more sporty, which seems like the value would have went up... guess not.

    2 door is more sporty but i gues from the factory 2 door was cheaper not to sure i just read that in a few places before

    I had a 97 2dr cpe and now I have a 98 4dr, It doesn't bother me at all and it's easier for my kids to get in and out of. I just say enjoy what ya got. just sayin...

    So far, every adult I know cannot get in or out of my back seat of without a struggle. I had to figure out a way just to get to the back myself to clean it!

    I remember reading somewhere they were by like 20lbs or something... I remember cuz i thought it was weird the 4 doors where lighter than the 2 doors... but they dont necessarily handle any better???

    i think you have them mixed up lol

    curb weight coupe:3396
    curb weight sedan:3414

    very close but coupe is lighter
    and yea im sure handling the same
