I want to upgrade to a bi Xenon HID kit and i was wondering where I should buy the kit from...id like to stay under 150 because im gonna need to get new headlamps soon also. So this is the kit I found but it seems dirt cheap although the reviews seem good. Let me know what you think and feel free to direct me in any possible way to a good projector set as well.

JD Lighting HID Conversion Kit (9007) Bi-Xenon | Password JDM

Might want to check that out too. I've seen these kits and they look better than any other one. They use fantastic connectors too.

Those are my 10K. From my experience, stay away from anything more then 10K's. The light output of 12k is terrible. My 10's are nice because on the car they look blue but on the road they have more of a white tint to them. I got the BiXenon and honestly I'm not too much of a fan of them. Not really worth the extra money.
