Anybody know the Torque specs for a 1998 gran prix 3.8 K lower intake, upper intake and rockers? thanks

Rocker bolts are TTY, hope you have new ones.

Make sure the holes are free from oil then use ARP fastener torque lube and torque to some odd spec or 25 ft lbs if you have ARP reusables.

The others dont matter much. Snug then a bit.
