I wish my GTP was a sedan like my old GP. It was so much nicer. Coupe doors are just so damn heavy, and good luck getting them to stay open and not smash your legs getting out of it in the driveway.

Yeah I think of it as having automatic closing doors. Swing the door open real quick and slide out.

If you think the coupe doors are heavy, try opening the doors of an F-body.

I don't get it, I have none of these problems with my coupe. I fit 5 people COMFORTABLY, I can haul anything I could with a 4 door, and if I'm so close to another car that I'd have difficulty getting out, I'd have the same difficult in a 4 door. I can just step a little further back when getting out of my coupe...

Plus, I've always wanted to take the door "bumpers" off, and I just can't see it looking nearly as good on a sedan.

So you just remind them GPs are still grocery getter grandma cars, no matter how many doors. I see coupes all the time with old men driving them. Old people like coupes too. Coupe coupe coupe coupe.

I don't really like 4 door anything. It just looks... wrong.

DAVE!!! HE JUST CALLED YOUR CAR GHEY!!!!

To each his own, I admit, If I had my preferences I would have gotten a GTP coupe, but I got a good deal at the right time so I snagged up the sedan, same size, easier to put stuff in the back, and cops don't focus on me as much. + Insurance is cheaper because its a sedan, so its a win win for me. Next car will be manual trans, RWD, and 2 doors.

If it would fit in the backseat, it would fit in the trunk.
Besides, once the door is open and the passenger seat is pulled forward, the opening is literally as big, if not bigger, than a sedan, it's just an awkward angle for people. I've been in my friends 4-door on numerous occasions, so I've got a great handle on space constraints.

Don't get me wrong, there isn't anything actually wrong with a 4-door, but I really would prefer if I could get a car with 2 doors. Some cars it's just not possible. STI and Evos are all 4-doors for example... with a few exceptions on the subbies, but VERY few... sigh.

I like not having to get out of my car and pull seats forward anytime I wanna pickup 3 or 4 hookers. Makes for easy and quick transactions. Haha..quick....:X

Yeah my SS doors are heavy as crap. I just do the method that 99pgpgt does, just swing them open and hop out quick.
