Sat in amazement as my gas gauge is in the orange (04+) only to have the DIC tell me I've got another 150km on range lol
looked at it, snapped a pic and walked away.
Went and bought valve cover gaskets for it. 1.9's go in tom
got home from work, took a look at her in the gargage and saw that my buddy droped off my new and painted (stock) roof rails.....gulf stream blue met.
Changed brake pads. Got free dualast c-max pads because the old ones wore out while they were still under warranty
I got to find out my battery shat the bed.
I hit the remote start, and it didn't start. WTF. Go to leave at 6:30 and hit the switch, CLICKCLICKCLICKCLICK. MFer. It's dark. It's effin snowing, and its a wet snow at that.
I grab the battery charger out of the garage and hook it up and turn it on the boost setting. Still no start. Let it sit a few minutes, still no start. Pull the battery out of my Stealth, pull the battery out of the GP, too tall. F*CK! There goes my plans to go to work for a few hours today.
Finally got a ride to go get a new battery. Went to WalMart, bought an EverStart Maxx 800CCA battery. Came home, installed, and done.
sorry to hear about your snow..
Yep. Car has over 130,000 miles, but mileage really shouldn't matter as much as age. I think it had a dead cell because while I was waiting for a ride the charger indicated the battery was fully charged, but it only had 50% charge.
Oh well, sh!t happens I guess. This new battery will take me til the car is paid off and I trade it in.
Mine has fresh new oil in it. Topped off some other fluids as well.
its spotting baller stance so im not touching it.
Installed my modded 1.9's
Thought about the poor thing after seeing this thread surface in the chatbox. It probably won't be touched till Monday morning though lol
Felt guilty for letting someone else smoke in it and eat in it and touch my leather. SO i went out there today, vacuumed it up really nicely, even the seats. Then I cleaned the dash off and made it shine. And finally, I put zaino on the seats and made them soft and schexy. I love my leather
drove it in the snow, my brakes really sucked too, abs kicking in and a mushy pedal for the last moth, master cylinder time i think
