Bingo lol
Lmao I have great shoes btw
Your comments just seemed rather negative for no reason.
Depending on what park of Wichita or how far he has to go to read meters it could be a ton of highway mileage. Not that bad on your car.. My dad drives his 06 GP 70 miles roundtrip a day and has for 8 years. it runs like a top and has not had excess amounts of wear and tear/repairs. Just standard maintenance as with any other car.
I too drive my car about 40 miles a day for work, mostly city. I've yet to have any problems.
sad part is 2 years ago i couldnt see me getting a car because i live less than 1 mile from work so i walked to and from work, was starting to get a good healthy lifestyle going too. Winter wasnt to bad since it dont snow were im at lol just lots of rain
I understand unless you work from home you'll be driving to and from work.. Could be right up the road or could be 50+ miles away. I use to drive 60 each way to work in the GP when I worked in the next town over.. Hated it but the money was good. Got over it after awhile and now I'm lucky to work a bit closer. Of course I'm not that area so idk the general layout of things but just thinking.. Checking gas meters.. Would probably have those mileage add up quite a but and if I remember correctly he just got the GXP not to long ago so I imagine he's still financing it. Maybe not but I compare it sort of to delivering pizza.. Yea you get reimbursed somewhat for gas or maybe completely reimbursed but your putting possibly a ton of miles on your car.. If it was a lets say cheap beater like a $2k car or so I wouldn't mind. Of course Idk the whole situation so I just commit on what was simply written out.
And my comment were just generally speaking.. Nothing negative about it. It's more or less food for thought something to think about and weigh out.
You guys are lucky your older and dont live in Michigan and insurance rates are a lot lower for yall. Thats the only thing really keeping me from picking up some POS honda for a DD. I saw a decent GP SE but the giant rust holes in the rockers and guy wanting 3k and wouldn't even drop to 2900 I told him hes nuts. I drive about 50 miles each day, I hate putting the miles on the car. iv put about almost 5k miles on it from February :c still keeping it till cancer takes over it.

Full coverage on my GP is like $75 a month. I pay $15 a month for storage insurance on my Stealth. If I picked up a beater, or got the Stealth on the road it would be about $35 a month for liability.
I pay around 110 a month for liability

dang thats a lot for insho, young one. btw that dang XPS aint givin it up, man.
I had an acceleration contest of sorts today. Theres a stop light on a 50MPH zone, after which the right lane ends in about a quarter mile. A 4 door ram big horn hemi was in the right lane. I took off normal but as the lane end approached, I saw the truck nail it so I did too. Neck and neck to 105. Might be where their fuel shuts off, at 105. I dunno.
Thought you GPF-ers might get a ha from seeing my stress receptacle. I attack it with a 3 lb mini sledge when things I'm responsible for are complicated by things I can't control. Usually. When I need to blow off steam I grab glasses and gloves and go at it until I don't feel mad no more. Last time I used it was on my BD. Its off my old GT so it was already caved in.
Yeah Michigan and its no fault insurance of rape yo wallet, and its steadily gone up every year. Gonna have to take the BFH to the XPS if its gonna be a stubborn one.
I think GP limiters are like 105 or 107 I think.
And noooo! That poor coupe door!

sourced a U bend delete parts today. 20 bucks for a 10 inch length of pipe, with a flared end, a new o2 bung, and a new flange.
all i have to do is cut to size and weld it all up. bite me zzp and your 50 dollar kit.
Not a bad idee. Smash all! Yer GT should shut off at 105ish, mine did. I think GTPs are 125? Because tires. Oh that door is providing a valuable service. When I have the urge to throw something old and expensive, I do that instead. Last time I had to run to get to it before I went ballistic.
